Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty: Tank Tops, Camis, and any intimate apparel.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
