Important Information

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after the shipping email is sent.
  • During peak seasons or due to customs procedures, there might be occasional delays in status updates. Please allow some extra time.
  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, first check with your household members, neighbors, or building reception. Also, look around potential delivery areas like your porch or mailbox.
